		<description>Hi!
Raymond Stebbins of Weymouth,Massachusetts filed in New Hampshire Democratic Primary for Vice President. That state requires a $1,000 filing fee to get on the ballot. But you can get on the ballot without it but it apparently is not the norm. This person filed as a Democrat for President here. I am a Republican BTW,. I noticed on a Democratic side Kenneth Capalbo of South Kingstown, a former Republican filed in the 2008 Democratic primary for President in N.H., but did not file for the ballot here in R.I.,. N.H., actually has a Vice Presidential race as well as Presidential Primary.Capalbo has run previously for President.
