BCBS about to break ground

Looks like they’ll be some new cranes rising over Capital Center pretty soon. Word has it that site prep is underway and new traffic patterns are about to be instituted, in order to accommodate the Blue Cross & Blue Shield headquarters that’ll be going up near Waterplace.
BCBS is getting a tax break to move from one end of town to another, which seems pretty silly in many respects. But the new tower is way more attractive than the backsides of the Intercontinental apartment/condo towers that have gone up over the last year.
There are some renderings over here, though they might be a little outdated. Urban Planet thread here.
