CA Demz Debate Wrapitup

wolf_cnn After a five-day Obama post-Carolina ‘n Caroline intravenous koolaid drip, tonight’s debate, or what I caught of it, was refreshing. Not because I don’t think Obama dominated, because I think he outperformed HRC, but rather because it was just so darn civil. Hillary was likeable, smart and generally on tonight. So was Obama. They were practically snuggling by the end of it. Apparently, they also had substantive policy debate. I like what Josh Marshall sez:

Bottom line: this is shaping up to be a tight race. Gallup is showing a tightening national race, and with 22 states voting, national mojo will be a factor. The best synthesis/analysis of the Super Tuesday spread that I’ve found is from poblano on DailyKos. You have to read it, because its a masterful and thorough analysis of an extremely dynamic and broad field, but a summary can be found to your right.

Basically, there is a good chance that the margin in CA will be small, and that neither candidate will emerge from Super Tuesday with a lead or more than 80 delegates. And that, gentle reader, is when this shit starts to get crayzola.

The suspense!
