The Black Air Foundation (BAF) is hosting a Special Fundraiser event to Benefit the Lambert Lima Flying Squadron Cadet Program on Thursday, March 20, 2008 from 7:00-9:00PM at the Cape Verdean Progressive Center, 329 Grosvenor Avenue, East Providence.

And check out this footage of George Lima discussing his experience returning from service in WWII to find that race relations in the U.S. had remained stagnant. Lima and the Tuskegee Airmen were recently honored by President Bush.
