		<description>The inclusion of the words "test" and "analyze" could prevent teens from getting ahold of harm reducing and lifesaving testing kits that allow them to determine if pills they are considering ingesting have dangerous adulterants in them.

The other stupid provisions of this bill notwithstanding, the words "test" and "analyze" should really be removed in the interest of saving teens' lives.</description>
