This was first proposed at the same time as the casino, and most were sure that when the casino failed, this would quietly go away, but it seems to have legs. As for bathing suits at the DMV and Costco, unlikely. The park will not be open to the public, you'll have to get a room if you want to partake as last I heard, the park is only open to guests of the resort.
