Liberal elf and Princeton economist Paul Krugman sez that almost 80 percent of us drive to work alone, thus stupidly hastening the demise of our planet and the collapse of our economy.
So where are all the WWII-referencing posterz about how driving alone is driving with Chavez, or OPEC? Not exactly the same thing, granted.
So what’s a better analogy?
When you drive alone, you drive with Hoggish Greedly and the Eco-Villains from Captain Planet!!!!

A villain of pig-like proportions, Hoggish Greedly lives to devour the Earth’s natural resources. His love for overconsumption extends to every aspect of his behavior and is particularly evident in his “sloppy” eating habits.
Greedly goes after precious gems and minerals, noble forests, endangered species - whatever will satiate his enormous appetite for any rare, nonrenewable resource. Wherever he strikes, Greedly leaves waste and destruction in his wake.
Just like Hitler!

Bill Maher did a book a few years back with an updated version of that poster on the cover called “Riding with Bin Laden.”
