		<description>This is a bit off-target. I would rather see signs directed at drivers to be aware of cyclists, given how many people actually think it's illegal to bike on the street. It's not about making people think Providence is bike-friendly, it's about actually MAKING Providence bike-friendly. 

To that end, actually setting up more bike lanes would make a much bigger difference too.</description>
