		<description>While it makes perfect sense to think of an employer who doesn't offer maternity leave as an asshole, it doesn't really make sense to force an employer to pay someone the same for a decrease in productivity, especially if you look at having a baby as being a choice (Yes, I am pro-choice). Unless it is subsidized, then it's a whole other argument.</description>
