Another One Bites The Dust

yangs Yang’s, the fabric store that’s been on Thayer Street since about 1642, shut its doors the other day.  Wedged in that weird, flat strip mall building that also houses Foreign Affair, Morrison’s, the convenience store and the optometrist, Yang’s was surprisingly large (two floors) and had all kinds of fancy fabrics and whatnot.

Hopefully a new tenant will move into that space.  Personally, I’m hoping for a motorcycle shop.
