The superyachts are coming:
The American Superyacht Forum is being staged in Newport, RI in two weeks and it is here that the most important issues in this market will be discussed by 250 leading superyacht industry figureheads.
Seminars will include papers such as ‘Investing in the future’ (delivered by Yacht Owner Andrew Farkas), ‘What Captains want’ (from a team of leading captains and managers), as well as the The Brokerage Forum, The Shipyard debate and Money Matters (where a team of financial experts will discuss the current economic downturn). Furthermore there will be a mix of other highly insightful papers from equipment and new technology to the Refit Debate. But it’s not all about the speakers, delegates are actively encouraged to participate in all seminars, challenging the expert panels with their own questions.
Though highly topical and an pivotal event in the superyacht calendar, ASF also offers delegates a chance to network during breakfast, lunch and evening soirees. These include the American Superyacht Forum dinner at the Newport Yachting Centre and, at the end of the week delegates can take part in our new and exciting American Superyacht Forum Regatta. Here eleven 12m yachts await the horn and those competitve spirits who are ready for a fun and friendly frolic in the waves.
With only 53 spaces left…52…51…50…time is running out for those who want to capitalise their knowledge and input in this specialised sector.
