As of last night we finally now know who will be playing Buddy in the upcoming “Prince Of Providence” filming this summer; Oliver Platt. I don’t know a lot about him, was he on Law and Order, ever? Anyway, not sure if I knew this or not, but David Mamet wrote the screenplay so expect this film to be filled with some fucking cursing. (Projo)

Does anyone remember the character actor Joe Santos-he was in “The Friends of Eddie Coyle” and later NYPD Blue among other films-I don’t know if he’s working anymore,but he’s bald now,and kind of resembles Buddy-he also has a way of speaking that could recreate Buddy pretty well.
