Editorial page editor Bob Whitcomb has been a great proponent of Cape Wind — but today gives the opposition a chance to make its case.
(The costs cited in the piece are obviously skewed as far as possible in the project’s disfavor. But even were costs to rate-payers to rise a bit, the economic activity that’d follow from having the projects sited locally would readily outweigh said increase.)
