Mass jumps ahead on renewables and efficiency

Basically, Mass is doing a lot of good stuff to incentivize renewables production, while we’re not — mostly following from the Governor’s veto of Rep Fox’s and Sen Montalbano’s bills.
This is particularly bad, because there’s a really good chance that Quonset point could become the regional hub for wind turbine manufacturing and shipping — if it becomes clear that we’re serious about the effort and are helping contribute to demand for the parts.
