This just happened within the last two days. Blackstone Boulevard has new bike lanes, both north and south. The bike lane is sandwiched between the car lane and a parking lane. Judging from what I observed today there is going be a period of transition while people adjust to the new protocols. I know I’m going to start wearing a helmet… and I don’t even own a bicycle.
