		<description>It’s not the "bad economy" causing issues, R.I. has NO economy. R.I.'s economy has sucked forever. 25 years ago it was based on junk jewelry &#38; state workers unions. 

You lost the jewelry biz to Mexico, now you just have the state workers.

R.I. has no culture of modern entrepreneurship to get things going. You're screwed for the foreseeable future :(

If you are going to stick around, not sure what to tell you.

Our neighbor to the north just repealed the "1913 law" for what sounds like mainly economical reasons (income from out-of-state marriage licenses).  We should totally cash in on that.  Maybe open a few Del's stands in front of the Massachusetts State House?</description>
