This is a great group, with a great mission. And the greatest name:
Hello,
We are the What Queer collective, based out of Providence, Rhode Island. We are a group of people seeking to start up a queer-themed radical bookstore, cafe, and community space. We are looking for members to get involved in order to help us reach our eventual goal of having a permanent space.
We are committed to creating solidarity between struggles. We plan to organize anti-oppressive workshops within the queer community. We aim to create a safe space for alternative education/learning. We also aim to create a queer alternative to the bar scene.

We are particularly looking for people with programming skills (PHP, MySQL, ruby), or experience with nonprofits, grant writing, or fundraising. However, everyone is invited to participate.
