End already! Jeez, Hamlet didn’t take this long. The ProJo has a piece on the final act of the Scrabulous tragedy. As reported in this space ad nauseum when Hasbro first threatened legal action, the Agarwalla brothers ‘voluntarily’ withdrew the program in North America. But when Mattel recently followed suit (protecting its rights elsewhere in the world) the boys did not act, so Facebook has disabled Scrabulous in those other countries. However, the application is still available in India, while a suit filed there works its way through the Indian court system.
