Movies On The Block Unveils Schedule

Yes, we’ve made it through another winter.  And now you can seize on daydreams of pleasant summer nights, warm breezes laced with the scent of saltwater, to carry you through the next two months of rain and mid-forties.

  1. I am very psyched for Jaws 3-D! This schedule is chock full of bad movies, but none as honestly bad as Jaws 3-D! I will very much enjoy sitting at a cafe table at Tazza sipping a martini with those other folks who can afford them, coming to the big city for a night of entertainment! Michael Caine is a great actor!

ps. For Your Eyes Only is an underrated gem of a Bond movie - very straightforward and to the point and Bond clearly lays with a girl who is literally a third his age. And she is an Olympic ice skater. Do it.

  2. Thanks Kyle. And a reminder to check http://www.shopdowncity.com/news regularly because much of this year’s line-up is in flux due to licensing complications. We have replaced about six of the films advertised for the season with new picks, approved by the MPA. Who knows, these new picks may be more your style. Each week we will update the proper movie titles, and if you want a weekly email sent your way, sign up for our newsletter at http://www.shopdowncity.com/news.
