Urban Greens Food Co-op will host a Fall Fiesta at the AS220 to celebrate the local food system, the power of co-operative structures, and the success of Urban Greens Food Co-op. Chefs from local restaurants — AS220 Foo(d), Broadway Bistro, Flan y Ajo, Julian’s, Local 121, Loie Fuller’s, My Chef Lara, and North, plus more tba — will be preparing small plates featuring ingredients from local farms and producers. The AS220 bar will offer beverage specials benefiting the co-op, and there will be a silent auction featuring a wide variety of items and services from local businesses and artisans. The evening culminates in a benefit music concert featuring local bands and musicians.

The event kicks off at 5:30pm with food from local chefs including: As220 Foo(d), Broadway Bistro, Flan y Ajo, Julian’s, Local 121, Loie Fuller’s, My Chef Lara, and North.  There will also be kids activities and a silent auction.

5:30pm to 8:30pm — Tasting plates from local chefs, kids activities, silent  auction. $25 for the night, $20 for co-op member/owners, kids under 13 free.

9pm to midnight — A benefit show for Urban Greens Food Co-op featuring the Double Decker Dance Band, Gertrude Atherton, Big Al & members of the Tower & The Fool, Tyler James (of The Silks), Us & Y’all, Night Mode. Doors at 8:30.  $8 (or wristband from the first part of the event.)
