Kettelle began experimenting in her kitchen with all kind of flavors. But all start with brioche-raised dough that’s heavier on the butter and lighter on the sugar.
“I want you to be able to taste the flavors, rather than have a toothache afterwards,” she said.
Opening day flavors will include vanilla glazed, coffee milk, strawberry coconut, maple bacon, key lime meringue, cereal milk, and that peanut butter and jelly one. She will also have gluten-free chocolate sprinkled and vegan lemon poppy. Price range: $3 to $3.50.
