Progressive Dems Endorsement Meeting
(6.30) The Progressive Democrats (PDA) are having a special meeting this Thursday to vote on candidate endorsements for General Assembly primaries. Can’t make it? Donate here to help support the efforts of the progressive challengers.
Check out the appearance of PDA state coordinator Sam Bell on ’10 News Conference’ with Bill Rappleye. Bell does an excellent job of enumerating the many conservative policies espoused by the DINO’s up in our state house.
Also save the date: On July 6th there will be an open house at the new office at 118 Gano Street. The RIPDA are sharing space with other progressive groups. This is an opportunity to learn about the other organizations fighting the good fight in Rhode Island. Free parking is available in the Dunkin Donuts lot, the office side lot, and on Fremont Street. (Facebook event.)
Now is the time for the progressive community to start working together and sharing this space is a big step. Whether you are inspired by the Bernie revolution, or one of our issues, come join us and learn how you can make a difference, both this year and beyond.
Endorsement meeting, 7pm, Thursday, June 30, 118 Gano Street, (directions)
