‘Design The Night’ At RISD Museum
(7.30) Head over to the RISD Museum Saturday for ‘Design the Night,’ a summer evening stroll through the museum — all ages, all free.
Join us for a festive summer evening at the Museum. Take a free stroll through the galleries, interact with local artists, and finish up with food truck fare from some of Providence’s finest providers.
All ages are welcome at this after-hours party that includes music, art-making, gallery adventures and more.
Performance: The Fringe Festival presents Bach’s Box in the Radeke Garden (below) at 5:30pm and 7pm; Bard the Band at 6pm on Moore Terrace; and the Woodhull Project begins at 6pm in the Porcelain Gallery.
Live music 7pm to 9pm: Mark Cutler and Men of Great Courage on Chace Plaza
Refreshments from 5pm to 9pm on Chace Plaza.
Kick back with a drink from our cash bar. Purchase snacks from RISD’s own Rosie Food Truck, or sweet treats from Like No Udder.
