Hi Hat/Jewelry District jazz festival: The first Jewelry District, Davol Square/Hi-Hat Blues & Funk festival will take place this Sunday, October 14th, from 3pm through 11pm at the Hi-Hat at Davol Square. There will be 8 great bands in 8 hours.
