The Figgs are in town. (I didn’t mean to do a rhyme like that. It’s kind of corny but I think I’m going to leave it.) At any rate, a good friend recently saw the Figgs and told me she danced so hard she injured her neck. That’s pretty much all you need to know. This is pogo punk/power pop with great song-writing. (I’m always interested in a band’s friends and theirs include Mike Viola, Rockpile and Supergrass — that’s good company.)
