RIPAC, the medical marijuana advocacy coalition, is looking for a new leader to take the reins.  Founder and executive director, Jesse Stout, is moving on to new challenges. RIPAC was largely responsible for bringing about Rhode Island’s new medical marijuana legislation, although Mr. Stout is quick to share the credit with the legislators and volunteers who worked hard to shepherd it through. There’s more work to be done.  People with a background in community organizing, legal work, law enforcement, or medicine would be of particular interest.
