Hey, if Representative Trillo can put into state law that “Ice cream is not only a nutritious and wholesome food, it is also absolutely delicious.” (yes, it’s actually in the freaking law), can’t we get Beth’s amendment added?
If this was the extent of their damage, all would be well in the state.
If ice cream is the bread, where is the circus?
My nightmare is that lobbyists were paid $200 an hour to make a case to legislators for Warwick Ice Cream over Krueger’s, Gray’s, Brickley’s, Powder Mill, Ice Cream Machine, etc. We can’t be THAT bad, can we?

WHEREAS Joseph A. Trillo is a complete tool, and WHEREAS he must owe the Bucci family big time, and WHEREAS a copy of this resolution is being sent to Barry E. Newman director of sales of the Warwick Ice Cream Company at taxpayer expense, I HEREBY RESOLVE to move to a different state where the legislators don’t have their heads up their asses and I’m sure the ice cream is just fine.
You have got to be kidding me. Whoever brings this up and/or votes on it should be tarred-and-feathered.
