Lidia Bastianich, host of those PBS Italian cooking shows, will be signing books from 3-6 today at Farmstead in Wayland Square. Her restauranteur son Joe will also be present.
Speaking of Farmstead, cheese enthusaists that Twitter would be wise to follow Farmstead owner Matt Jennings. In addition to being generally funnier than most people on Twitter, he’s also doing a daily cheese promotion where you can get 20% off whatever cheese he tweets about. (Although, now that I’m double checking, he didn’t do that last week. Maybe that was just temporary? Hmmm…)
