Southside Community Land Trust (SCLT), Rhode Island College, and the Rhode Island Beekeepers Association are teaming up to host a FREE beekeeping workshop that includes a showing of a live beehive and a classroom-based learning portion. The beekeeping workshop will be conducted in Building 7 (Sherlock Center) by beekeeping expert and former RIC professor Dr. Carolyn Lobban, and includes a beehive showing with RIC’s beehives followed by a classroom-based lesson.
