David Spatt is a 30-year practicing New York and Rhode Island Arts/Entertainment Attorney, an Associate Professor of Legal Studies at Johnson & Wales, the co-author of The Artist’s Friendly Legal Guide, and past-adjunct Sports & Entertainment Law professor at Roger Williams University School of Law.
