Melissa McCarthy sports a Pawtucket Red Sox T-shirt in the new movie “The Heat” (filmed last year in Boston). According to the PawSox MLB blog,
Eric Petterson, the PawSox team store manager, said that back in June or July [2012] the film’s production company placed an order for approximately one dozen ’47 Brand “bottle green scrum” t-shirts which retail for $28.
Can’t find this exact shirt online at the PawSox. Narragansett Beer also got itself into the movie.
