(10.6) Sunday’s world-famous Pub Quiz at the Wild Colonial will start at 7pm, just like in the olden days. Come and compete for cool prizes and cover yourself with glory. Categories might include current events, local stuff, know your rivers of the world, Masters and Johnson (spoiler alert: I’m pretty sure they did it), acronyms, the Periodic Table, true crime, Lovecraft. You never know. It’s different every week, but it always ends in a 12-question audio music category. The rules are explained as you go along, so form a team of one to four people and just show up. Swell prizes for win, place and show.
This Wild Colonial shirt is for sale at the link below; loosely translated the message reads “Be nice or leave.” So if you are unhappy about the new start time, or walk in an hour late, be cool. Remember, the prizes aren’t that great . . . plus, he can kick your ass.
