Happy 15th Anniversary Wild Colonial

OHC (2.12) Wednesday all evening — Head down to 250 South Water Street and help celebrate the 15th anniversary of one of the best bars anywhere ever . . . the Wild Colonial Tavern. All proceeds will benefit the Olneyville Housing Corporation’s 25th anniversary celebration (coming up in May).

The Olneyville Housing Corporation was founded in 1988 to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the Olneyville neighborhood of Providence, and

. . . working for a safe, stable, and healthy community through the creation and preservation of affordable housing, development of commercial real estate to spur economic development in the neighborhood, individual asset building, as well as community building and organizing.

But wait, there’s more!

Thursday, February 13, 5pm to 7pm — Wild Colonial proprietor Maurice Collins and Clay Rockefeller of the Steel Yard will be hosting an informal gathering where people will have an opportunity to talk to the OHC folks while test driving the new cocktails being formulated for the OHC event in May.  No cost to attend, just show up and meet some interesting people.

In conclusion: Go to the Wild Colonial.
