Free Organ Recital At Brown

H-V Pipe Organ (4.1) The E.J. Lownes Memorial Recital is an annual event hosted by the Office of the Chaplains and Religious Life at Brown University.

Brown University will present Bruce Neswick, Associate Professor of Music in Organ and Sacred Music at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, in the E. J. Lownes Memorial Recital on Monday, April 1 at 8 pm in Sayles Hall. This event is sponsored by the Office of the Chaplains and Religious Life and the Department of Music.

Mr. Neswick will perform works of Sowerby, Howells, Dupre, Franck, and Heiller on the 1903 Hutchings-Votey pipe organ. For more information, contact OCRL at 863.2344.
