To Do At Children’s Museum

Got kids? The Children’s Museum of Providence has a week of special events planned.

Monday 11:30am, 1pm, 2pm: Popular children’s singer and storyteller Keith Munslow

Tuesday 11:30am, 1pm, 2pm: Hoopoe the mime (Chris Yerlig), silent comedy, eye-popping magic tricks, balloon wizardry

Wednesday 10am to 4pm: Imagination Playground, stack and build huge blue foam blocks of all shapes and sizes

Thursday 10am,11am,1pm,2pm: Wingmasters, learn about majestic birds of prey with licensed raptor rehabilitator Julie Collier

Friday 10am to 3pm: Paper Caper, kids fold and crease paper to create whirligigs, design gliders and flying contraptions

Friday 5:30pm to pm to 7:30pm: Join astronomers from Brown University Science Outreach, use telescopes to view the moon, see a small satellite up close

Activities free with $9 museum admission, February 16 — February 20, Children’s Museum, 100 South Street, (directions)
