Forum On Stadium Proposal At Hope High

(5.18) [Additional Note: The meeting will go on as planned. See ProJo.]

This Monday, May 18th, State Rep. Aaron Regunberg will be hosting a forum at Hope High School along with Councilman Zurier, Rep. Ajello and Sen. Goldin regarding the baseball stadium proposal and to hear opinions from community members on the issue.

We are putting this together because we know there are a lot of strong emotions in our neighborhood on this topic, and we want to ensure that we – as public officials – are able to hear from our constituents, and that you – as voters and community members – are able to share your perspectives. If you care about this topic or you want to learn more, please join us.

Meanwhile, Skeffington continues his “Say Anything Tour” with lots of promises about “giving back” and children’s charities.

Doors open at 6pm, discussion by 6:30pm, Monday, May 18, Hope High School, 324 Hope Street at Olney (directions)

I wonder if this forum will be held in light of Mr. Skeffington’s death.

  2. “Meanwhile, Skeffington continues his “Say Anything Tour” with lots of promises about “giving back” and children’s charities.” You nailed it. I was at the presentation in the Design Office, (as well as at Prof. Matheson’s), and Lord Skeff was all about the community.
