What more can possibly be said about this movie — let’s talk beer. During the summer months, Narragansett will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of “Jaws” with a retro can design and a “Crush It Like Quint!” campaign.
We’re excited to announce that we’re bringing back our 1975 “Jaws” can just in time for the 40th anniversary of the iconic film’s debut! For the summer months, all 12-, 18- and 30-packs of 12-ounce cans of Narragansett Lager will replicate the 1975 can famously crushed by Captain Quint in the shark-infested thriller!
What you do during the iconic can-crushing scene (or at Thanksgiving dinner . . . or when meeting your future in-laws for the first time) is your own business, just remember to empty the can first. You don’t want to look foolish.
