The I-195 Commission has reached a preliminary agreement with Jason Fane, but there will be further hurdles (opportunities for opposition) for the New York developer, (ProJo 1.31.18).
Within six months of that application, the developer must obtain the zoning change and secure General Assembly approval for a reconfiguration of the parcel.
