Prov Flea At Farm Fresh

(11.15) The Providence Flea is on for Sunday in the new Farm Fresh Market Hall at the corner of Sims and Kinsley Avenues. This picture shows the fans and giant overhead doors which should keep fresh air circulating throughout the new market. The high temps tomorrow will be in the 50s. As of yesterday, this was still going forward, but please use caution. If you can’t distance properly, go home. Flea organizers are aware of customer concerns:

While the market halls offer 25,000 square feet of clean, well-ventilated space, it’s the details that are not immediately visible that truly impressed us–in addition to the oversized garage doors. They’ve installed MERV 13 air filters with an approximate air turnover of 6-10x per hour. The building includes over a half-dozen outside air vents that pull fresh air in from the outside. And touchless-appointed bathrooms have their own fresh air intakes. We feel very safe in this building!

Wear your mask! And the right kind of mask: no neck gaiters, no face shields without mask, no bandanas. No eating inside the market hall; food trucks etc. have an area outside the building. No dogs inside building.

The Covid restrictions also include social distancing of at least 6-feet between people at vendors’ booths indoors. And it requires frequent hand sanitizing at vendors’ booths, as well as having hand sanitizer available for everyone throughout the market.

Two parking lots: Enter one from Sims and the other from Kinsley.

Flea runs 11am to 3pm, Sunday, November 15, Farm Fresh Market Hall, 10 Sims Avenue (directions)
