Haffenreffer Escape Room Starts

Don’t miss Escape the Haffenreffer, an escape room run by the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology.

Every year, the American Anthropological Association celebrates anthropology and anthropologists around the world through the declaration of Anthropology Day. This year, the Haffenreffer Museum will celebrate Anthropology Day with a new online version of its annual Escape the Haffenreffer escape room program created through Google Forms.

Play the online game yourself or team up with friends virtually to crack codes and solve puzzles. No sign-up necessary. The event is free and open to everyone; family-friendly, and suggested for individual players aged 12-and-up for puzzle difficulty.

The Game Access Link will open at 9am, Thursday, February 18th.

As a special #AnthroDay event, folks who play on the 18th can compete for the fastest time and possibly appear on our “leaderboard” the following day, February 19th. The game will still be available after the 18th, but without the competition for the fastest time.
