‘Rivers To The Sea’ Opens

A new exhibit — “Rivers to the Sea” — by the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators New England (GNSINE) will be on view at the Atrium Gallery starting Monday.

Our theme for this exhibit is New England watersheds which contain a vast array of ecological systems. Each of these ecological systems supports a wide variety of biodiversity from the upland headwaters all the way to their termination into the sea. All of this biodiversity relies on the precious resource of water flowing past, on a constant journey from the land to the rivers to the sea. . . Their overall health, and ultimately our own, relies on healthy watershed systems.

Gallery space is open to the public from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Seen here is the work of Dorie Petrochko.

October 4 through January 6, 2022, Atrium Gallery, One Capitol Hill, (directions)
