(10.10) The Federal Hill Columbus Day Festival will be taking over the Atwells Avenue area for the long weekend, and the weather looks perfect. The festival will feature many food options, live music, live chef demonstrations, and the parade (a.k.a The March of the Politicians) which kicks off at 11am on Sunday.
The parade route is from Harris Avenue to Dean Street along Atwells Avenue. This entire area will be closed to vehicle traffic during the time of the parade.
The festival runs for four days: 5pm until midnight on Friday; 11am to midnight on Saturday and Sunday; and 11am to 8pm on Monday.
Check out dozens of food, art and retail vendors, games, and amusement rides. Listen to live entertainment on four different stages throughout the festival grounds.
Dean to Lily Street along Atwells Avenue will be closed each day of the festival.
