R&B And Farmers Market — Knight Library

(7.26) Join the Rhode Island Rhythm and Blues Preservation Society this Wednesday afternoon when they present “A Day in the Life: A Musical Conversation.” The wide lawn in front of the Knight Memorial Library on Elmwood Avenue can easily accommodate live music and a farmers market. Plenty of benches or sit under the trees.

Relax your soul with some rhythm and blues. Listen to and learn about the history of Rhythm and Blues.

The weather should be hot, but no rain. (The RIRBPS page says the band kicks off at 2pm.)

Music and Conversation, 3pm to 5:30pm, Wednesday, July 26, Knight Memorial Library, 275 Elmwood Avenue, (directions)

The band brings the show to the Rochambeau Library on Tuesday, August 1st from 5pm to 7pm.

Or join them on August 11, from 8pm to midnight, when they celebrate their 20th Anniversary R&B Gala at the CV Club in East Providence.
