Mausoleum Hill Sessions At NBG

(9.24) Back by popular demand: music, art, treats, and heaping piles of atmosphere, this Sunday by the mausoleum on the hill in the 300-year-old cemetery. Head over to the North Burial Ground for the first of the Mausoleum Hill Sessions with music by Stev Delmonico, Molly O’Leary, Beth Barron, and Dave Alves.

Our annual event that brings you deep into the heart of the North Burial Ground in Providence to sit, picnic and enjoy take in the beautiful autumn ambiance along with some of the area’s best musicians is happening twice this year . . . You’ll enter through the Rochambeau Gates on North Main Street and traipse through local vendors and food trucks while following a candle lit path that leads you to the center of the grounds where the music will be playing. Bring a chair or a blanket and feel free to get cozy anywhere you’d like during the musical performances. As the sun sets behind the players, picnic with your friends and family, then walk around the premises investigating the resting places of some of the town’s forefathers!

Long Live Brewery will be on site providing drinks. Park along North Main Street— there will be no parking in the cemetery. The second session takes place October 22nd with performances by Vudu Sister, Dan Blakeslee, Allysen Callery, and Cassie Soares.

Market opens at 2pm. Music starts at 5pm.

$20.00/show or $35 for both sessions. Go here for tickets.
