(7.13) Head down to the AS220 Community Studios this Saturday for their summer open house — art demos, music, food and drink. You just might be inspired to sign up for one of their many summer workshop offerings including screenprinting, cyanotype, laser and vinyl cutting, woodcut, Lego letterpress, intro to ShopBot, music electronics, photoshop, and stool making. Or just take a look around. From AS220:
Meet our staff, mingle with our members, watch and learn from art making demos, groove to our DJs, and enjoy some complimentary food & drink with our welcoming creative community in downtown Providence. Learn more about our summer workshop series, and how to become a member, and get a look at our spaces!
(Entrance to the Community Studios is located in back of the building. Lucie runs off of Mathewson Street behind The George on Washington Street.)
