The Steel Yard is looking for volunteer’s for this year’s Iron Pour and Sims Avenue Festival. If you’re looking to be a part of this unique event, register today. Fill out this Volunteer Form by October 26th.
All Volunteers will be required to submit a waiver form closer to the event date.
Volunteer tasks will include:
- festival setup and breakdown
- trash monitoring/emptying
- greeting/welcoming
- photo booth management
- and more!
Volunteers will receive a commemorative Iron Pour volunteer shirt, in addition to merch discounts from The Steel Yard.
It looks like the 2024 Iron Pour is will be taking place on November 2nd, but I can’t really find any reference to this year’s Iron Pour on the Steel Yard website which seems to have been redesigned since I last visited. There used to be lots of videos; not everybody knows what the Iron Pour is. (FB? No reels on IG either. Maybe try TikTok.)
After all, people may want to know what the “waiver” is all about.
The only page for the Iron Pour itself is at Eventbrite.
