Angell Street Galleries will be opening its doors this Saturday with a reception for its inaugural exhibition, which runs through April 12. The eye-popping exterior of this building contains an equally unique interior.
Nestled into a former dental office . . . the roughly 2000 square foot space is divided into seven “Micro Galleries” each of which was a former dental examination room. The galleries surround and branch out from a large common space, formerly the waiting room, which always contains a selection from the currently exhibiting artists’ works.
Featured artists include Umberto Crenca, John Buron, Susan Clausen, Sage Barton, Richard Goulis, Chris Kilduff, Erminio Pinque, Lindsay Quayle.
