Summer officially starts this weekend when Rhode Island State Beaches open for business. In other words, starting Saturday, May 27, you must pay to park. The beaches are always “open.” This is still America goddammit. Rhode Island residents will be charged $6 on weekdays and $7 on weekends and holidays. Non-residents pay twice as much.
