It has been decided that the staff of The Providence Daily Dose is in need of a break. We will be taking some time off as we plan our path forward . . . and spending more time with our families of course.
Don’t forget to watch the peregrine falcons in their nesting box. The adults are sitting on four eggs. Last year the first egg hatched on April 25th but it can often be later.

I’ve been meaning to say how much I enjoy the Dose. You always source fun and interesting things going on in the city and are what I recommend anyone who’s curious what’s going on in Providence. Since things happen all the time here, it makes sense you all must need a break from constant coverage and investigation. Thanks for all you do and rest well.
“It has been decided” is an odd/passive way to put this. Wish you’d own it and say who decided! There’s no shame in it!
