The annual Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at Roger Williams Park Zoo opens tonight and runs through November 4th.
This year’s show includes more than 5,000 intricately carved pumpkins featuring scenes of wizards, fairytales, and the luminaries of great myths and legends, alongside superheroes, and historical figures who changed our world.
New this year: Special event themed nights (wizard, fairy, superhero). All events run from 6pm to 8pm and are included in the price of your Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular ticket.
The Soaring Eagle Zip Ride is not recommended for people with a heart condition, neck or back injuries, or prosthetics . . . and try not to be pregnant. Must be at least 42 inches tall, maximum combined weight 450 pounds. Ride at your own risk.
To take part in the evening Soaring Eagle Zip Ride experience, all riders must also purchase a same-night Jack-O-Lantern ticket. Tickets for the Soaring Eagle are ONLY available at the admissions gate. If Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular tickets were purchased online – the ticket must be shown at admissions window in order to purchase Soaring Eagle tickets. Guests will enter the ride at the end of the pumpkin trail.
Jack-O-Lantern Trail open from 6pm to 11pm. Last ticket sold at 10:30pm. Adult $18, child $15 (ages 2-12).
